House Rules

To ensure a pleasant, safe and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple house rules.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in and check-out may also be managed remotely, following the instructions provided by the property. Before arrival, guests will receive all the necessary information to access their room easily and independently. Arrival and departure times must be agreed with the property. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Special requests may be considered subject to availability.

Identification and Guest Registration: To facilitate registration procedures, all guests are required to provide valid identification details and documents before arrival, using the secure channels indicated by the property. Any advance submission via WhatsApp or email must be agreed with the management and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Guests’ identities must also be verified in accordance with current legal requirements. Access to the property is permitted only to guests who have been properly identified and registered.

Pets:  Pets are welcome at Amarè Sciacca, provided that the property is informed at the time of booking. An additional fee applies for thorough cleaning and sanitisation of the room. Pet owners are responsible for their animals’ behaviour, any damage caused and ensuring that other guests are not disturbed.

Quiet Hours: We kindly ask guests to respect the peace and comfort of others by avoiding excessive noise, especially during the evening and night.

Property and Facilities: Guests are requested to use all furniture, equipment and facilities with care. Any damage or malfunction must be reported promptly to the management.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and enclosed communal areas.

Visitors: Access to guest rooms is reserved for registered guests only. Visitors who are not staying at the property are not permitted without prior authorisation from the management.

Shared Areas: Shared spaces are available for guests’ use and must be left clean and tidy after use.

Breakfast:  Breakfast is provided at our partner cafés using the breakfast vouchers made available to guests.

Environmental Responsibility: At Amarè Sciacca, we care about protecting the environment. We kindly encourage all guests to use water, electricity and air conditioning responsibly, avoiding unnecessary waste.
